Warranty Information

 

CowTrac™ Systems Total 2-year warranty includes System, Remote and Accessories. CowTrac™ Systems warrants that each machine is free from defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to CowTrac™ Systems operating specifications.

 

Product Returns

 

If you need to return a product for any reason, contact us by email using support@cowtrac.com or by calling (831) 224-4435 and we will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please put the RMA number clearly on the box. We will refer to this RMA number when we receive the returned goods and to keep you informed of the status.
